A product-related injury happens when someone is harmed while using an item as intended—or in a reasonably foreseeable way.

These injuries can range from a minor cut that requires medical care to a serious injury requiring surgery, or even death. They often occur without warning and can affect more than just physical health, impacting emotional well-being and the entire family.

 Product Injury Coalition is a nonprofit organization (formerly known as That Water Bead Lady, currently rebranding) that supports families impacted by product-related injuries through education, practical resources, and peer support. The organization also works to prevent future injuries by raising awareness and encouraging appropriate safety reporting and advocacy.
