Product Injury Coalition grew from one family’s experience with a life-changing product injury and a determination to make the road easier and safer for those who come next.
What began as advocacy around a single product hazard grew into a broader mission: bringing families, businesses, researchers, safety professionals, and policymakers together to learn from product injuries and turn those lessons into meaningful change.
Today, we turn what families experience into knowledge and action that protects others.
Behind every product injury is a person, a family, and an opportunity to make things safer for others. Product Injury Coalition brings together families, researchers, safety professionals, and policymakers to learn from product injuries, help families navigate what comes next, prevent future harm, and build safer products and stronger systems.

Researchers, physicians, veterinarians, engineers, product-safety professionals, human-factors experts, attorneys, or others who formally advise PIC.

Product Injury Coalition is committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of the resources entrusted to us. We believe our donors, partners, and the families we serve deserve to understand how our organization is governed, funded, and using its resources to advance our mission.
Our financial and organizational documents are available upon request as part of our commitment to transparency.
Note: Product Injury Coalition is currently in the process of changing our name and expanding our charitable purpose to better reflect the work we do and the communities we serve. During this transition, some of our legal and financial documents may continue to appear under our former name, That Water Bead Lady, Inc.
